Native of Norway, she holds a Degree in Early Childhood Education from Oslo University. A-K has over 20 years’ experience working with toddlers, preschool and school age children in a variety of settings. From her experiences working in Waldorf childcare and outdoor-nature childcare in Norway, she has influenced the programs where she later worked in Toronto. She finished Early Childhood Management at George Brown College in June 2017, joined My School and continues to stay current.

Jura Bucek
My School Co-op RECE
Jura joined My School spring of 2022. Before starting her own family, Jura was working in childcare with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. She continued caring for children, providing home child care and after school care as her children grew. A native to the neighbourhood, Jura continues to live with her 2 school age children in Roncesvalles.
Melissa Lepine
My School Co-op Assistant Teacher
An alumni parent, Melissa has been the classroom assistant since her son started JK. After Western University, she settled in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood where she lives with her husband and son.
